How refunds, renewals, and cancellations work for Quantisage AI subscriptions and services.

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for the Quantisage AI platform (the “Platform”) and related professional services provided by Quantisage LLC (“Quantisage”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
Where you have signed an order form, statement of work, or master services agreement with us (an “Order”), the terms of that Order govern and control over this Policy to the extent of any conflict.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription term stated in your Order (for example, monthly or annual). All fees are stated and payable in U.S. dollars unless your Order says otherwise, and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in your Order, fees are non-refundable and payments are non-cancellable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused capacity, or features not used.
Auto-renewal and how to cancel
Unless your Order states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms equal to the prior term, at the then-current price, until cancelled. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to remind you before an annual term renews.
You may cancel renewal at any time before the end of your current term by using the cancellation option in your account settings or by contacting us at the details below. Cancellation stops future renewal billing. It does not retroactively refund the current term, and you retain access through the end of the term you have already paid for, unless your Order or applicable law provides otherwise.
Free trials and pilots
If we offer you a free trial or evaluation, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Paid pilots or proofs of concept are governed by the applicable Order, and pilot fees are non-refundable once the pilot has begun.
Professional services
Implementation, configuration, data onboarding, validation support, and advisory services are delivered against an agreed scope. Fees for services already performed, and for committed milestones, are non-refundable. Where services are billed on a time-and-materials basis, you are charged for time and expenses actually incurred up to any termination.
Taxes and currency
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges, except taxes on our net income. Where required, taxes will be added to your invoice. Fees are non-refundable on account of currency fluctuation.
Chargebacks
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the matter is investigated.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer cooling-off rights that apply to your purchase.

To discuss billing, cancellation, or a refund you believe you are eligible for under your Order or applicable law, contact us using the details below. We will review your request and respond in good faith. Submitting a request does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
